Izzi is back, new MPD list

The H264 version of Izzi's F1 feed rotates keys.

There was a startover workaround for the H264 feed, but it was removed after people started posting those URLs out in the open during the world cup.

Most F1 races air on Izzi's "SKY-LIVE-EVENT-1-HD", but its H264 feed also rotates keys, and so far no one has posted the key for "SKY-LIVE-EVENT-1-HD-H265"

The key that dingolobo posted back in February for sky 16/la liga still works for the H264 stream, the one that

unfortunately i am not using any vpn using android box sigh

maybe the reason i can't make this one play because the browser extension i used for testing does not support h265 codec
