Some channels has fixed! Anyway we do adding more few channels these:
GTV
Max Eats
Max Streak
Bloomberg TV
TVBS News
Added MAX STREAKS, MAX EAT AND GTV, unfortunately i cannot find bloomberg and tvbs news, maybe those had another name? and were changed, 'cause some times channel name change but in url still the old name.

I have added some of your list, the rest I think are not in the indihome webpage, so I dont know if those really are in their lineup.Thanks bro..it works greats.. some channels are not in the list, like:
hits movies
rock entertainment

cineedge
sctv (error code) can't be played

etv bioskop 1-4

By the way could you please upload channel source like; star movies, movies now, star movies select, mn+, romedy now, etc..(india) thank you so much anyway.. keep up sharing bro..

I checked the server channel of "Galaxy premium", it seems that you del/erase the letter of "e"=>Galaxy Prmium" to be the source of error..after adding the letter "e", the channel gets normal to be played.. anyway thanks for your sharing bro.. keep up the good work!! You're the best anyway..!!
