It's easy, you only have to upload m3u8 file with the channels following this structure: (here you have an example for one of them. You only have to repeat the same structure for the rest):

#EXTINF:-1 tvg-id="" tvg-name="" tvg-logo="" group-title="RUSSIACHANNELS",RED LIPS
#KODIPROP:inputstream.adaptive.manifest_type=mpd
#KODIPROP:inputstream.adaptive.license_type=clearkey

Yes, you can create a txt file, using notepad, for example. Edit it and add all the channels with the structure I posted for everyone. At the beginning of the file you must add following label (only once):

#EXTM3U

And then the rest until you add all the channels:

#EXTINF:-1 tvg-id="" tvg-name="" tvg-logo="" group-title="groupname",channel_name
#KODIPROP:inputstream.adaptive.manifest_type=mpd
#KODIPROP:inputstream.adaptive.license_type=clearkey
#KODIPROP:inputstream.adaptive.license_key=KID:KEY
