Login at Outlook
Connect VPN Same Country As the Account
After login at Outlook , Go to netflix.com and Reset the Password using The mail you got
You will receive verification code on the outlook
Enter that Code on Netflix And BOOM It is Done
Note : Sometimes if u can get the account with no email , not verified and also third party billing then you can change mail .
