The client supports high-resolution playback up to 4K, background audio streaming, and a dedicated picture-in-picture mode. Beyond YouTube and YouTube Music, it integrates with PeerTube, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, and media.ccc.de. Core functionality includes local playlist management, channel subscriptions without an account, and media downloading.
