Thanks to geniowe02 who provided some channels, so I was able to extract the rest.
The channels that have an asterisc in the name, as I tested they didn't work (I didn't try with chilean vpn), if someone find the way to make them work, please share.

I can find the problem, well result that some m3u8 needs a petition of key or license, so if you don´t send the license or request, don´t receive video or receive video but encrypted.
