You're not going to find the key by searching for the KID. Telus uses verimatrix DRM where all 900+ channels have the same KID 11111111111111118111000000000000, but each channel has a unique key. The various caches out there just have the key to whatever channel the last person to use it extracted, and some don't have any valid key because the last person had no idea what they were doing.

The only way to get it is from someone who has access to a Telus account that subscribes to the channel and knows how to extract the key. The channel in question LS Times is not part of any of the base tiers, it's an international channel that requires the $11 Cantonese Culture pack or $7 a la carte, so the chances of any leaked Telus credentials subscribing to the channel is slim to none.
