Take CISCO mas kilala kasi ng mga HR at head hunters yan pero I advise to take network fundamentals if zero knowledge ka pero if may experience kana take Cybersecurity Career mas indemand yan ngayon.

Oo naman, then sabayan mo ng Cybersecurity yan ang ganda ng path mo sa career.
Ako nga started as ECE tas pinilit ko mag ka Cert sa networking then i push myself to learn Cybersecurity.

ts question ulit, makakapasok pa din ba ako sa mga network or cybersecurity jobs kahit hndi ako graduate ng IT? 2 years grad lng kasi ako na computer technician pero madami nmn akong alam sa software, hardware at network pero sa programming mahina ako.

Yes naman, pero ang dapat gawin mo dyan is bawiin mo sa certs at experience sa pag aanalyze ng network etc.
Ung mga pinost ko sa itaas kakagwa ko lng na mga certs na libre for 2026 kaya do it now habang d pa ganun ka saturated ang cyber analyst sa Pinas. Just let me know how i can you aside sa mga content na ginawa ko.

Regarding sa programming, di naman talaga necessarily need agad yan, you need to know how network works kasi doon based yung attack vector lalo na sa cybersecurity.

I suggest focus talaga sa network fundamentals.

Example: Oh may vulnerability ung Router nio open raw ang port na ganito, ano gagawin mo? o dba hindi naman need programming, you just need to know ano ang port na open at need i harden
