Overview Twilight adapts your device screen to the time of day by filtering blue light after sunset. It applies a smooth, adjustable red filter based on your local sunrise and sunset cycles to protect your circadian rhythm.

The Science Exposure to blue light (460-480nm) suppresses Melatonin, the hormone responsible for healthy sleep cycles. Research indicates that screen use before bed can delay sleep by up to an hour. Twilight mitigates this by shifting the color spectrum to warmer tones.

Running Apps: Allows pausing the filter in specific applications.
Write Settings: Manages screen backlight levels.
