I do not know how to do this as the player is expecting for an M#u but the file here has an extension .mpd how do you transfor the MPD with the keys to an M3U?

Your m3u for dmr streams must be in this format

#KODIPROP:inputstream.adaptive.license_type=org.w3.clearkey.

They use cbcs encryption, some players only support clearkey with cenc.
