Eto sir based sa Google:

FLAC (Lossless)

• Quality: Perfect, bit-for-bit copy of the original master recording, high fidelity.
• File Size: Large, often half the size of uncompressed (WAV) but much bigger than MP3.
• Best For: Archiving, professional audio, high-end listening setups where quality is paramount.

MP3 (Lossy)

• • Quality: Reduced quality; information is permanently removed to save space (e.g., frequencies the human ear can't easily hear).
  • File Size: Very small, great for limited storage and streaming.
  • Best For: General music listening on phones/devices, streaming services, and when storage/bandwidth is a concern.
  Kung makikita mo, halos di mo din halos ma fefeel difference sa dalawa... pero kung may option lang din naman mag archieve at may space, yung pinaka best nalang agad yung idodownload. but sa case usage ko po, gigagawa ko isa may mp3 ako na 320kbps tsaka flac file. yung mp3 nasa daily ko na music sa office with small speaker, yung flac naman plan ko bumili ng LG phone kahit yung v30 lang para sa Flac kasi may high quality yun na Driver ng audio ... pero kahit ako di ko makita difference sa tunog hahaha for the sake lang talaga na may mataas na quality yung quality na meron ako... currently below ang collection ko ng flac music hehehe
