No its not from Cignal. Its on the Corus network in Canada. They used to have HGTV Canada, but their rights for HGTV got revoked (HGTV started their own HGTV Canada channel), so they rebranded it as Home Network.

Like any other MPD. You need a player that supports it. OTT Navigator and Tivimate are popular choices for Android TV if you have one of those. TVheadend and streamlink + streamlink-plugin-dashdrm if you want to roll your own server.
Which player can i use?
Ott navigatot or NS player or Sparkle TV
