Caught Someone Accessing My PC Remotely

I need help guys!

I'm working from home and after shift kahapon ng umaga, I just left my PC (dual monitor setup) open while nasa bed ako watching tiktok. Then bigla ko napansin na sa isang monitor nag bubukas bigla ng tabs, nung una akala ko may problem sa keyboard ko kasi nakita ko na may nag ta-type sa search bar kaya hinayaan ko muna lol. Then dun na ako napabangon and napalapit sa PC ko nung nag access siya ng blocked site and kitang-kita ko yung red screen notification ng adblocker so dun na talaga ako sure na hindi na yun sirang keyboard lang. Then pag lapit ko sa PC, nakita ko na busy yung häçker sa pag access ng Paypal ko so ang ginawa ko inopen ko yung hidden icons sa task bar kasi wala ako makitang running program para ma access remotely ang PC and dun ko nakita ang AnyDesk nakatago. Ni-force close ko ang AnyDesk, disconnect sa internet, at hinanap ko sa installed apps yung AnyDesk pero wala dun. Then finally sa pag hahanap ko sa mga folders sa drive, nakita ko sa C:\Users\email ko\AppData\Local yung AnyDesk at dalidali kong binura.

Now, I know na vulnerable pa rin ang PC ko sa häçker na yun kasi in the first place hindi ako nag download and install ng AnyDesk kaya in some way may access na siya sa PC ko without it. Alam ko ang next move is to do a system wipe. May paraan ba na hindi madelete mga personal files ko while making sure na hindi na mag kakaaccess ang häçker ulit?

I think ang pinaka-convenient na solution dyan ay full system reformat, para mabura yung traces ng malware o ma-block yung point of entry ng h@cker. I suggest i-reset mo din yung modem/router mo para magpalit ng IP address.

Okay lang ba if i-copy ko mga personal files ko sa external drive? Or risky pa din yun?

Medyo risky siya since pwedeng nasa personal file mo yung malware mismo. In my experience sa parehong kaso, inilagay ng h@cker yung malware sa Google Drive account ko. Na-detect naman ng Avast! Premium at the time, kaya natanggal din. Pero di talaga ako naging kampante until nag-full system reformat ako.

As you feared, there is malware that cannot be removed by simply formatting the hard drive.
The likelihood of this happening is extremely low.
Viruses that cannot be removed by formatting the hard drive are viruses that write to the UEFI.
Because this is an extremely difficult process, only a small number of viruses can penetrate.
Still worried?
Use a firewall other than Windows Firewall (such as ZoneAlarm NextGen Firewall, Comodo Firewall, or Avast One Essential) to block backdoors.
You can use free keys distributed by companies like ESET, but we recommend switching to a different antivirus software than your current one.

Reformat or complete reset ang windows mo then yung files mo back up mo, then before icopy back to pc scan muna with 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐬(with latest update). Then reset mo na rin ang router
