Dreamina (by CapCut) utilizes the
Seedance 1.5 Pro model to provide a unified workflow for generating synchronized dance steps and audio.
1. Create Synchronized Audio
Unlike older workflows where you had to find or create a song separately, Dreamina now allows for
native audio generation during the video creation process.
- Prompt-Based Audio: When using the Seedance 1.5 Pro model, you can include audio descriptions directly in your prompt.
- Style Specification: Describe the genre (e.g., "fast-paced electronic music with a heavy bass drop") to ensure the AI creates a rhythm suitable for dancing.
- Manual Upload: If you have a specific song (e.g., from Suno AI or Udio), use the Upload Audio option to sync the video to your pre-existing track.
2. Generate Dance Steps
To ensure your character performs specific steps, use
Image-to-Video prompting:
- Upload Reference: Upload a clear image of your character or dancer to maintain visual consistency.
- Movement Prompting: Describe the choreography in detail. Example: "A dancer performing sharp, energetic pop-locking moves in perfect synchronization with the rhythmic beats, vibrant stage lighting".
- Model Selection: Ensure you select the Seedance 1.5 Pro or Video 3.5 Pro model. These are specifically optimized for "dual-branch" generation, where audio and video are generated simultaneously to avoid desync.
3. Synchronize & Finalize
- Video Duration: Select a duration (typically 5 or 10 seconds for initial generations) and an aspect ratio (9:16 for TikTok/Reels).
- Generate Soundtrack Tool: If you generated the video first without sound, use the Generate soundtrack tool. It analyzes the character's movement and pacing to automatically create music that matches the steps.
- Add 3s / Frame Interpolation: Use the Add 3s tool to extend your dance sequence or Frame Interpolation to smooth out transitions between complex dance moves.
- Download: Once the AI finishes processing (approx. 10–15 minutes for complex synced files), export the final MP4.
