I'm not stupid enough to not know that, but you can also get a 10.xxx IP using the default APN which depends on your area / where you connect; which the server randomly assigns you the IP everytime you connect.

What will I gain by doing that none isn't
Download any VPN with handler then use those proxies on the thread post I if it doesn't work for the first time.
Note:
Try to stopst those apps that is running on the background then off your data then on then start your VPN PR any will do.
This will let your phone to search for proper IP whether 100.xxx or 10.xxx will do.
On your handler use that IP address as your real proxy server
