❓ Help HELP! Does PLDT issue refunds?

Nag apply ako sa PLDT Prepaid Fiber, binayaran ko na yung bill at pinuntahan na rin ako ng technician. Sabi sakin ng technician "Check lang namin sir if may slot pa kayo". Then, umalis sila at di na bumalik, di na kami kinontak ever since. It's been almost a week wala pa rin balita sa installation. Gusto ko nalang i-cancel application ko. DI ko alam if marerefund pa ba yung payment ko.

What do you think should I do?
 
Hmm already tried and tested at least a month a half.

1st. Email PLDT specifying your issue of 'no slot' on DP as stated by technician and by that you plan on applying for a refund.

2nd. Wait for their reply usually they reply at most three (3) working days. Max of fifteen (15).
3rd. After na mag reply may i fill up ka pang details kung san i huhulog na ewallet and etc.
4th. Waiting again and stuff tapos mag popup nalang na anjan na almost two (2) months.

PS. Provide the inquiry with proofs para credible naman ang sumbong (yung receipts, screenshots of payment date and time of application etc. )
 
Kung malapit ka sa main office sa ayala or store ng pldt like sa sm megamall mas maiging puntahan mo para makapag request ka agad ng refund. Walang nangyari sakin kaka chat sa fb or email nila baka matagalan ka ng intay sa reply nila or no reply na.
After non may isesend na form sa email mo then mag wawait ka ng 15 business days. inabot sakin ng 3 weeks after ko mag request ng refund
