Generic China Windows 10 Tablet

I have a generic windows tablet that I factory reset and now it has now sound and the touch option is no longer available. I tried reinstalling or resetting it to factory default but no luck. I guess the necessary drivers are not being installed using the usual OS installer of windows 10. Is there a ways to have access to such file so I can bring this tablet back to the way it used to be?

No brand when boots up it just says Intel. I am not sure if theres a way to access it's bios or something. I dont know what the brand is as this is pretty old and I lost the box already.

This is also my problem back then, HP yung tatak nung tablet, kailangan mo lang talaga hanapin yung specific touch screen and sound drivers.
