Struggling with Local AI Generation on AMD RX 7600 (I2I/I2V)

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help

I’m trying to set up local AI generation on my PC mainly for image-to-image and image-to-video workflows.

The problem is I’m using an AMD GPU (RX 7600) and I’ve been struggling to get things working properly.
I’ve followed multiple guides and tried different setups but I keep running into errors or very poor performance.

Specs:

• GPU: AMD RX 7600
• OS: Windows 10
• RAM: 16GB

If anyone here is successfully running local AI (I2I / I2V) on an AMD GPU I’d really appreciate any guidance, tips, or step-by-step instructions
