❓ Help Sana po ma help ng mga admin or owner ng phc

My phone was lost and as well as my old email na may account here and want ko lang sana mabalik or ma gain yung access ulit ng old phc account ko since matagal na akong member and sayang din po yung account ko na yon.
Is there possible way po ba to regain the access of it?
