Kínémás†ér's video layer is for supported devices only. In my case, my device is Samsung S4 4.4.2 and it is not supported. But with this modded app, video layer works perfectly. Credit and thanks to the owner.

Instructions:
- Turn off your internet connection before opening or while using the app.
- Quality of video/ video layer to be imported must be HD (1280x720p) and below. If the quality of your video is Full HD or higher than HD, yes maiimport mo sya, maeedit mo sya, pero kapag e- export mo na ung edited video to be saved on gallery, mag eerror sya na "codec init failed." So para sure na walang error sa pag export, keep or convert your Full HD videos to HD.
Tip: Kung magustuhan nyo to at eto na palagi ang gagamitin mong video editor, set mo nalang Video resolution ng Camera mo sa HD (1280x720p) para hindi ka na magconvert ng magconvert.
Mas maganda to ngaun kasi ready to use na kahit hindi rooted device mo may video layer na. No need na gumamit ng lucky patcher para tanggalin ung watermark at root explorer para palitan ang xml file para magkaroon ng video layer.
