❓ Help Nawala yung Receipt sa Civil Service

Nakatanggap po ako ng text message from CSC na pwede na raw makuha yung CSC Eligibility Certificate ko po, nag take po ako ng exam last August and nakapasa din kahit walang review whatsoever. Yung problem ko po is one of the requirements for claiming is yung receipt, nawala po yung sa akin at di ko na po mahanap. Pwede po ba siya ma claim? If not paano po yung procedure para ma claim ito?

pwede pa rin ma-claim yan teh. secure ka lang ng affidavit of loss tapos dala ka ng 2 valid ids for verification. nasa system naman nila record mo kaya di ka nila ide-deny, need lang talaga ng paper trail kung bakit walang resibo.
