POSTING THIS TO HELP OTHERS WHO MIGHT HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME. I DIDN'T FIND ANY RESOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM ANYWHERE ONLINE.
Nagbuild ako ng new system unit specs below. Initially nagbubukas naman yung LCD nung cooler but after some restarts napansin ko hindi na siya nagoopen. I tried reseating the screen panel ayun gumana naman. Pero after a restart ganun ulit. Apparently nagkakaconflict yung GCC software ng Gigabyte MOBO ko and the DEEPCOOL RGB software. So I opted to turn off the GCC app at startup. Ok naman na siya ngayon and no problem na even with multiple restarts.
If in case this happens to you without you using the Gigabyte GCC app, try to look for any other RGB apps in your PC that might be conflicting with the DEEPCOOL app. Turn that off and check if it fixes your issue.
