❓ Help HP Smart Tank 615 Continuous Paper Jam Issue

Good afternoon, sir. I have a problem. My HP Smart Tank 615 has a paper jam every time I print documents and pictures. It's been about 3 months and it keeps jamming every time I print a document. What could be the cause of the continuous paper jam in my printer? Is there a solution to end the continuous paper jam and get my document printing back to normal? If not, is there any hope that this can be fixed? Thank you!
