Log in or register now. sa Lazada, it's a Samsung A16 5G 8GB/256GB for 7,896 Total including yung shipping fee with discount na also. Maayos ko naman na-receive ang device kompleto sa accessories and overall working naman yung phone. Ngayon almost 4 months old palang yung phone sira na sya, ayaw ng mag charge (walang indicator na nag cha-charge yung phone), piro na tu-turned on pa naman yung device after na i-pilit e charge ng more than 2 hours na naka-off even if walang indicator na charging sya. further investigation when phone turned-on yung battery icon and percentage ay hindi na nag-appear sa top display ng phone and after checking sa settings sa battery section yung battery status ay -1%, very unusual.
Piro before nung okay pa yung phone, napansin ko lang ay mabilis sya mag-init habang china-charge ng naka off, and mas lalung lumala nung nag update yung phone to One UI 7, I use it once sa facebook live now habang nag la-live napansin ko na nag iinit yung unit piro binaliwala ko lang and after ilang minutes bigla nag glitch yung screen nang phone and nag shutdown and when i turned it on ayun nag simula ng mag luko yung battery ng phone, hindi na nag appear yung percentage ng battery tried it also sa settings piro walang effect when i try to charged it this time bigla ng nag shutdown. Tuwing naka on ang phone and chi-narge ko biglang shutdown nalang sya without without indication kung nag chacharge ba o hindi.
To my realization baka siguro dahil sa na bagsak ko na yung phone accidentally, piro once lang yun nangyari and yung pagka hulog ng phone is hindi naman malala, kasi hinahawakan ko lang kasi sya and biglang nag slip sa kamay ko at yun nahulog yung phone sa simento.
Now I tried to send my phone to the samsung service center to claim yung warranty and at the same time ipa ayus, they checked my samsung and send an email about sa diagnostics. Now ito yung diagnotics info "detach QR code, "Black glue inside rare cover and rear frame", Thumbmark on PBA main board part", "Unfitted screen both sides" at "Deep Dents (due to my usage)" and final status ng diagnostic ay "Void warranty due to tampering". Bigla akong na windang sa nalaman ko, paanu kaya nag karoon ng tampering yung device eh brand new ko binili yung phone sa Samsung official store pa mismo, hindi naman ako mag a-attempt na ipa undergo sa unathorized repair ang device ko kasi under warranty pa kasi yung device and samsung service center palang ang nakaka open ng phone, maliban nalang kung binigyan ako ng refurbished samsung 16 5g ng samsung - Lazada, na for me this is clearly a deceptive selling na.
This time i've tried track the status of my repair sa tracker ng samsung sa website nila and yun nga ang lumabas ay "Status: Repair Cancelled", "The repair to your device has been cancelled. Ngayon I tried to contact samsung support, after ng ilang mga chats namin ng agent about sa status ng repair kung bakit cancelled lang and walang nakalagay na actual reason kung bakit na cancel at kung bakit hindi nakalagay yung voidance info, pinasa na ng agent sa supervisor nila yung chat session at ang sagot lang "I am unable to confirm since there are no records here on the service orders created mentioning that.", "A service order was created for you last October that was cancelled because the ASC could not contact you". "Another service order was created just November 17 and was again cancelled because they are unable to get confirmation from you."
langya bakit kailangan pa ng confirmation galing sa akin kung ipapa repair ko yung device eh tumawag na yung rep ng service center sa akin and ang sabi e-vovoid nila yung warranty ng device kasi due to tampering daw which is clear na hindi ko maki-claim yung warranty ng device, and hindi pa ba confirmation yung tawag na yun!. may pagka deceptive din yung service center eh.
