I just loaded both with no VPN and both links worked fine.

I used streamlink + streamlink-plugin-dashdrm, and piped it to vlc to view.

Yes, i use a linux desktop. but you should be able to use streamlink on windows just the same, as it's a python app.

I have tried numerous tools command line based and somehow I get errors when trying to run them, I am planning to run a virtual Linux in a container to see if that solves it.
