Coffee lover here. Nasubukan ko na mga iba't-ibang cafe at iba ibang timpla pero bumabalik ako sa kopiko blanca hahahhaha
 
oatside oatmilk tapos add lang ako ng 2tea spoon ng great taste granules panalo na hehe, para kang naka latte ng starbucks
 
Ako ngayon madalas nagpo-pour over, usually medium roast lang yung beans tapos finer grind para medyo fuller yung body ng cup. Wala akong fancy gear, basic dripper lang at steady na slow pour para hindi mapait o mapurol yung lasa. Kapag tinatamad ako o kailangan ko ng mabilis na cup, french press yung takbuhan ko – coarse grind, around four minutes na steep, tapos press and serve. Simple lang pero sakto sa araw-araw. Curious din ako sa brews ng iba dito, ang dami sigurong interesting combos at techniques na worth gayahin.
 
i think we still have a moka pot sitting in the cupboard, but unused for several years now.
sa bahay we use a Beville Infuser just like this one...

at work, by virtue of a bunch of coffee afficionados, we have an entry-level commercial-grade machine to play with.
so medyo spoiled - doulble espresso, flat white, cappucino, experimental concoctions 😁
