Hello po tanong lang po, blinking red LOS po Yung Gfiber modem. And upon checking parang nabali Yung optic fiber cable niya. Kapag po ba nag request ng technician sa globeone app may fee na 500 pesos. Kasama na po ba Yung mismong repair ng cable doon sa 500 na fee?
