Good day, I am in much anxiety and need help, I have been receiving messages from a certain person thru this email ramirezreign80@gmail.com she's been harassing me illegally.

I have been receiving messages from this email ramirezreign80@gmail.com, and she's been sending messages to my school head about my loan. I already made an arrangement to this agent that I will return the money which I did not intend to have, I applied for a cash loan of PesoCash online app, but upon seeing the amount to be deducted in my applied amount and the interest of it, I didn't click the confirmation to withdraw and uninstalled the app. But they automatically disbursed it on my account during 10PM, I contacted their Customer Service on that day October 14, 2025 that I will return it. But they didn't reply to me. And now they are harassing me, I said to them that I will willingly return it to them but I need them to delete my account and personal information since it wasn't my intention to withdraw the money, they just disbursed it in my gcash account without my confirmation to withdraw.
