❓ Help External Hard Drive Cannot Format

Hello ka-phc. may nabili kasi ako na ext. HD .WD My Passport 1tb. sinubukan ko syang iformat sa Ntfs pero ganito po lumalabas maynakasulat na instruction sa likod ng HD na 1.During format process, our hard drive will choose exFAT automatically as default efficient format.. please do noy select Ntfs manually, this format is not supported by our HD, will cause disk crash.. sana may makatulong saakin. sayang kasi pinambili ko. nagtry nadin ako ng ibang way para maformat pero ayaw talaga

Try mo gumamit ng 3rd party app to format, like Hard Disk Sentinel, or kahit yung mga sdcard formatter since nadedetect din naman hdd doon.
