#1. Use a phone spoof service to call the individual in which you need the OTP code from. I recommend ispoof.cc.
#2. Introduce yourself as the head of fraud detection at whichever company will be sending the OTP code. Let the individual know that your fraud systems recently pinged a login to their account from some foreign ass country. Don't say that word for word of course, but provide a random country like russia or india or lagos nigera or some shit. Ask them if this login was authorized by them. They should instantly say no and freak out a bit. Tell them not to worry, and that you've locked down their account from the company side and that the häçker can't get in. Tell them you'll be sending them an authorization code to their phone number on file to confirm its them and to hold just a moment while you speak with the backend team and get the code sent.
#3. Have the OTP code sent.
#4. Get back on the line and let them know the authorization code has been sent to the phone number on file. Ask them to confirm the code with you.
#5. Use the code to login to the account. To avoid suspicion, continue the call with the individual and say you have the account pulled up. Confirm all their information with them that you can see on the account. (Name, ssn, email address, etc.)
#6. Pretend to secure the account. Let them know their account will be locked for 24 hours due to company security policy and that the password has been temporarily changed, tell them that after the 24 hours are up, the system will automatically send them an email to reset the password/email on their account.
#7. Quickly do whatever you'd like to with the account. You now have an excuse to change any details you'd like. Use your head and know how these systems work and make sure not to trigger any REAL prevention that the site has built in.
