🔒 Closed Newbie here: need help setting up vpn on pc (for free internet)

Good day!

Marami na akong na check na mga threads about setting up VPN, and even up to this point, I still don't have a clue about what to do exactly. Baka naman may good samaritan dyan na willing magbigay ng thorough steps on how to set it up from downloading VPN up to having free internet connection (sorry if I sound demanding, andami ko nang na check pero wala talaga eh, **** lang talaga ako. hehe)
