We, the 5th-year Architecture students from BSAR 5E of Pampanga State University (formerly known as Don Honorio Ventura State University) are conducting a survey as part of our thesis entitled "๐ฆ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฆ: "๐ฃ๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐จ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฝ๐๐ป๐ธ ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ง๐ต๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ด๐ต ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐บ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ผ, ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ This study aims to gather insights, preferences, and opinions from potential users, residents, and stakeholders to guide the design and planning of a sustainable and context-sensitive condo-hotel development in the area. This study seeks to collect valuable insights, preferences, and opinions from potential users, residents, and key stakeholders around Central Luzon and NCR. Our goal is to inform the design and planning of a sustainable, context-sensitive condo-hotel development in the area, Landscape terracing integrated sponge city and solarpunk architecture and integrated with technology, ecology, biology, geology, analogy, apology architecture and ensuring it aligns with community needs and environmental best practices.

- Residents of San Fernando, Pampanga.
- Residents of other cities within Central Luzon and NCR
