Pa help ako, no internet connection, no red light LOS, steady PON light after mawalan ng kuryente. Pero yung Converge sa kabilang bahay meron sila net. Tried troubleshooting by turning it of for 10max minutes, unplugged fiber connection pero wala pa rin. Nag send na rin email sa kanila, same sa messenger pero wala, even reaching out sa agent na ka contact ko before but there was no response at all. Sa November 7 pa expiry nung promo.
