safe ba 9 eggs a day for calorie deficit at gain muscle mass? mataas kasi cholesterol ng isang itlog.
 
depende yan paps sa cholesterol level mo. halimbawa ako normal lang, up to 12 eggs ako per day. monitor lang palagi.

ok nman cholesterol level ko before ako nag 9 eggs a day ika tatlong araw ko na ngayun. pa test ako uli after 1week

nako nag order pa ako ng athlene di ko kasi maabot 130g protein everyday sa pagkain lang.
