A simple app to check whether your You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. is connected or not. It then disables your WIFI when no connection is found (i.e. keeping your WIFI from hogging battery when not in use).

Also turn your WIFI "ON" once then turn it "OFF" later without the check intervals. Check FAQ for the explanation.
