Hey guys! I'm 27 years old na pala. Medyo may katabaan na pero di ganon kataba like mataba lang siguro feel ko sa sarili ko I'm 45KG btw, 5'2 height. Gusto ko sana mag calorie deficit kaso di ko ma track e. Okay lang ba kahit di mag track ng calories? Importante macros right?

For your question, use apps to track your calories. Kung strict ka, you need even a weighing scale in order to calculate it accurately, if not naman estimation is the key (I estimate my calories when I did calories deficit ex: for a cup of rice which is 240 kcal, I put 350 on my tracker.

So that even your estimation is wrong, the extra may make up for it.

YES Whey Protein powder is generally safe. as long wala kang history ng kidney problems. since same lng nmn pag kakain ka ng real food n rich in protein mas ginawa lng convienient

but better to breakdown anong goal mo sa pag take nito.
since ndi nmn ako indorser n any protein powder product kaya mas masususgest ko is kunin mo nlng sa whole at real food ung protein n needed mo taking protein powder is pag wala kang access pa pagkain ung protein n need mo.
 
I suggest body recomposition kapag first year of serious resistance training.

That means, it's the only time you can build muscle and burn fat at the same time.

Kasi kapag intermediate to advanced lifter kana (2 to 5 years of lifting experience), the only way to build muscle is caloric surplus then shred the fat by caloric deficit.
 
i think hindi mo need pumayat kung nasa tamang timbang ka naman.. ang magandang gawin mo work out para ma tone mo yung extra na tingin mo fats.
