Mga idol ano tingin niyong best ram to buy, I'm planning to upgrade in 16gb ram

Based from its specs, it only have 1 DDR4 SO-DIMM slot and 1 soldered which could be 4 or 8gb depends on the variant you got. It only supports up to 16GB RAM, so kung 8GB yung soldered mo, you can only put 8GB SO-DIMM to make it 16GB.
