In this chapter, the story explores or tackles a case of trade-off in multiplication, division, intelligence, logic and resource at the same time.
Brain vs brawn, brute vs strategy
Physical strength is multiplied and the brain, as a resource is divided over time. The quality of strategy suffers that the only option left to win the challenge might be brute force.
The character focus in this chapter is more like Mamushi "The Endless Idiot Spam Army" vs Shikamaru "The Smartest 8th Manager Ninja in the Leaf who gets burnout and is too tired to enjoy the promotion".
Quantity beats quallity
In production/manufacturing, quality implies reliability and durability, while quantity implies speed and scale.
A high-quality item might be long-lasting but difficult to produce, while a high-quantity item might be several cheaply made alternatives.
With Mamushi's ability, he hustles up his production output (spamming) while Konoha's ninjas abilities dwindle down until they overheat. Two of Konoha's ninjas already run out of steam.
