❓ Help Pldt Fiber to Access Point or Wifi Repeater(Globe Home Prepaid Wifi)

Meron akong PLDT HOME FIBER gusto ko sanang gawing access point or wifi repeater yung mga globe modem. natry kuna maghanap sa youtube hindi talaga gumagana yung globe home prepaid Wifi as repeater, gusto ko lang kasi itry bakit 1mb lang yung kaya idownload baka yung modem yung sira. kasi goods naman yung speed test 100mbps/100mbps both download & upload. nagsawa na kakareset yung modem kong pangwifi repeter. 48hours kuna, naghahanap ng solustion. nakaopenline lahat ng unit, baka yun dahilan bakit ayaw nila maging wifi repeater.

download ko lang kahit naka vpn Man, google dns na & IDM na gamit 1mb parin, madaling araw man.

my gateway is 192.168.1.1
full admin acess lahat 4 modem

connected naman yung lan port sa pldt.

itry narin yung DHCP SETUP

1st Disable DHCP SETUP & IP ADDRESS & Use Gataway.

2nd

Use IP Address & same gateway on DHCP Server.

3rd nilagay ko lang yun lan, wala ginalaw & disable dhcp Server.

Haha hindi na nagreply boss, sinabi ko yung totoo parang capped yung download nyo, kahit galawin pa PLDT modem wala din magagawa nu?


Wala nga gaanong nakaapply sa kanila boss, marami kasi nakaconverge. Ito third party lang na fiber, kahit madaling araw nga lang 10mbs lang nakakadownload lang ng 1m.

Yes hindi 3rd party lang, gamit lang modem ni PLDT pero fiber sila.

You did not specifiy if you have connected all the routers in a switch hub from your main PLDT Fiber Modem. And assuming this it the set up you could have disabled the DHCP Servers of those router or yung gagawing mung repeater at saka i change mo ang IP address same subnet as the MAIN Modem. Picture this:

From MAIN PLDT (192.168.1.1/24)

Repeater 1: 192.168.1.2/24
Repeater 2: 192.168.1.3/24
Repeater 3: 192.168.1.4/24
and so fort...

I hope sakto itong pag ka intindi ko regarding the thread.
