❓ Help HELP (ssid not showing)

accidentally ko na-hide ssid ng wifi namin (globe at home prepaid) and hindi na ako maka connect kahit anong lagay ko ng ssid and password manually. tried hard resetting the modem pero hindi pa rin lumalabas yung ssid ng wifi sa mga devices ko. please help
