sir borja2004 recently bought a TIKTOK ACCOUNT, our transactions started around 4 and was successful at 5:39. I sent my rules and regulations therefore he/she agreed with it. now after almost 3 hours nagmessage sa akin na nabanned raw ang tiktok account permanently. username lang daw ang kanyang chinange😲

does changing USERNAME counts as a "multiple violations" on tiktok?

now, I explained about my given rules and regulations. it stated their na "Just so you know, I am not responsible if something happened to your account — that's whether your following their (tiktok) rules" so therefore anything that's happen to it eh I will not held responsible kasi nga sa kanya na yun after an hour.

tapos he's threatening me for a CYBERCRIME. baka pangatlo na raw ako. they agreed to my rules and regulations therefore they agreed to my terms and conditions and therefore in the eye of anylaw I will not held accountable.

Mukhang need mo i revise to lalo na sa incident na currently ongoing.

May parang 1 hour warranty para masabing goods as sold na yung tiktok account sa buyer.

Yung sa case is about sa terms ni Tiktok, imo labas kana run. Nasa end user na yung sold account. Sobrang higpit siguro ni tiktok sa pagpapalit ng email or whatever sa account settings.

Btw not tiktok user here kaya di ko alam if pano mang ban si tiktok

yes yes parang ganyan siya, 1 hr warranty if nagsend proof of log in kapag wala namang proof of log in ay no warranty na siya. if anything happens sa account within an hour is cargo ko!

May requirements kasi para ma trigger ang ban sa mga ganyan accounts, na sakto cguro na nag change device / location / ip and details un cguro ung last requirement kaya naban siya. since may policy ka nakalatag dapat wala ng habol yan, nakasulat naman buy at your own risk.

Pero siyempre kung seller ka at ganyan ang line of business mo negative feedback yan sayo. nasayo naman yan wether di mo irefund or mabigay ka ng balik na kahit onti sa customer.

Kung ako help mo siya ma unban ung account by sending email or etc atleast pakita mo na concern ka sa nangyari or mag refund ka kahit papaano. Good luck!
