Does anyone have a Windows 11/10 x64 ISO from 1GB to 1.8GB?

It could be a Ltsc/Pro/Home.

Specifications: Dell laptop, 4GB RAM, Intel Celeron N4020, 64GB hard drive.

why a specific size? ~ win10 and 11 is almost a 2.5+ GB and 4+ GB...
