👨‍🏫 Tutorial Remotely reboot, shutdown or destroy a wifi router

could be a useful tool for testing your network, but really... 🥱
  • you need to be on the network to attack the gateway (local only)
  • basically just keeps the router busy, potentially getting it to 100% cpu usage (simple DOS attack)
  • multi-threaded "attack" from a single source, so nothing distributed about this DOS
cheap xiaomi router obviously wasn't (or cannot be) configured to or capable of handling local DOS attacks. also likely not designed to manage temperature well (should have shutdown before critical level).

try n'yo sa school o sa work n'yo. kung magaling IT n'yo, this won't work.
