❓ Help Single RAM HyperX fury 16GB 3200mhz

Hello po pa help sa mga expert jan

My specs:
Ryzen 3 3200G
Gigabyte A320M S2H ( bios updated )
NVME 2.0 256GB

My problem is naka buy ako ng RAM sa online shop na hyperX fury 16GB 3200mhz Single stick. Tried to install but ayaw gumana. No display. But pc works naman.

I have stock 4GB RAM 2400mhz then tried to install ans it works nag load yung windows.

Problem ko lang yung nabili ko 16GB RAM idk if ano problema not compatible or sira yung RAM?

the 3200g is only officially supported by amd to 2933 but will likely work with higher frequencies. I think most will work at 3200Mhz but the motherboard comes into play as well. You should go to motherboard manufacturers website and make sure your bios is up to date and check what speed memory modules they've tested and approved. Those lists are only modules they've tested and other's may work as well, so the specific memory module you've been looking at may or may not be on the list but if you see other 3200Mhz modules listed you know there's a fair chance that the one you're looking at might work or you could try to find modules on their approved list.
