In Dexter: Resurrection, Dexter Morgan wakes up from a coma in the hospital after being shot by his son Harrison. But Harrison has disappeared and there is no sign of him. Trying to repair his relationship with his son, Dexter travels to New York to find him. In the midst of his search, the presence of veteran police officer Batista complicates matters. Dexter’s bloody past dangerously returns to the present. Harrison is also involved in his own internal crises and struggles with the darkness within him.
