❓ Help Help track PLDT Account No. and Telephone No.

Maybe someone here works at PLDT. I just want to track the account number and telephone number because the old admin at our school can’t contact them anymore. I should have created a ticket, but I can’t because the PLDT account number and telephone number don’t match the information I entered.
Pa check ko lang po sana. If tama ba yung account number and telephone number.
