punta ka device manager>network adapters, expand then uninstall mo yung wifi adapter,,restart.

Nacheck mo na ba yan physically? me dalawang cables yan na nakaconnect from wifi card adapter to its compact antenna (check sample image below). If nakakabit naman, next punterya mo is the driver nyan. Search mo ung actual drive nyan sa online.
