Kapag LOS po, wiring problem na po yan, either inside your house or papuntang poste. Need ng technician to check. Any configuration will not work until maayos ang LOS. Itawag niyo kay PLDT. Gamit na lang kayo Smart/TNT/Sun sim kasi di niyo magagamit ang landline kasi LOS. Free calls ang Smart/TNT/Sun sim to 171.
