Hello, baka may mga naka experience na mag upgrade dito to Super FiberX Max 1599 from lower plans, mga ilang days or weeks bago napalitan ng Wifi 6 yung modem niyo saka dumating yung SkyTV box?

san ka ba boss? may nababalitaan ako pwede daw kunin nalang sa converge branches eh, need daw i surrender yung old modem, pero yung sa akin hindi naman kinuha nung nagpalit.

saken ts is may 15 2025 ako nag upgrade and updated na din yong bayad bali 5 months hinintay ko, nakabit yong wifi6 and skycable october 15.

mga 3 na followup ginawa ko sa CS pero wala pa din, palagi nalang issue has been resolve daw.

pang 4 na follow up ko ay pumanta na ako sa mismong branch office. at boom! (sabi nila dapat daw punta agad ng physical office pag nag upgrade para ma process agad) nakabit agad within 3days.

note : sabe ng converge office. dapat pag upgrading daw is dapat sa physical office daw pumunta at mag upgrade para within 48-72 hours effective agad. Pag sa online naman is possible na may delay talaga and months pa aabutin pag mamalasin.
