Ipad pro 9.7 unable to download profile configuration

pahelp naman po mga idol, working sya nung una and then after ireset ng owner and iseset up ko na, stuck lang sya dito after pumili sa country or region connected po sa wifi pero ganyan pa rin

Ano po kaya possible fix dito? salamat po mga ka PHC!
